The Importance of Believing in Your Product
The money is great, and you can make a fabulous income with lifestyle through your home based business, but, only if you believe in your product.
You’ve got to believe in your product.
If you decide to start a home based business because of the income potential with a specific company but have doubts and questions about the product, either by way of product performance, value or saturation, you’ll find yourself sabotaging your efforts. You just won’t get the momentum you need to create your outcome.
Here’s what happens when you don’t believe in your product.
You can market your product, you can tell people how great it is and how they should buy it, however, they will sense an energy that says, “don’t buy it” and guess what? They won’t.
It’s not magic. It’s not voodoo. It’s energy, a vibe.
It’s the same as when you ask someone how they are doing and they smile and say “I’m doing great, thanks!” but you have a strong feeling they are not.
Your perspective customers and business partners will pick up on the vibe from you, even through your words and posture, that it’s not a good buy. Yes, this happens when you’re on the phone as well as in person.
I recommend from the get go that you select a company to partner with for your home based business that offers a high quality, high value product. It should be a product that people would buy off the shelf of a store even if there was no commission attached to it.
It boils down to integrity. Don’t offer products and services that you yourself don’t own, use and enjoy or absolutely know from first hand experience that the quality and benefits DO make a difference in the lives of others.
Secondly, as Zig Ziglar says in the quote above, “If you believe your product or service will fulfill a true need, you have a moral obligation to sell it.”
This has to do with enhancing the lives of others. If you had a true need and someone came along with the solution that filled that need, you would be grateful. Be the answer to the problem your customers are seeking.
All the best my friends.
